IRC Consulting is pleased to announce that Ms. Penelope Richey Kim has joined IRC as Executive Consultant. Ms. Kim brings to the IRC team over twenty years of expertise in broad areas from international policy to governance affairs and corporate legal issues.

Ms. Kim comes to IRC after three years working as a Foreign Legal Consultant at top Korean law firm Yulchon, LLC in Seoul, where she handled matters related to foreign corporate clients doing business in Korea. Prior to moving to Korea, she served almost a decade with the U.S. Department of State in Washington, DC handling U.S.-Korea issues and negotiations. Ms. Kim attended Korean public school for four years in her formative years laying the foundation for her language skills which she has subsequently honed while living in Korea since 2004.  In addition to her fluency in Korean, Ms. Kim has accumulated additional experience through lecturing and serving on the governing bodies of several nonprofit institutions.
